MC18 SoftWash Unit In Stainless Steel Carry Frame
Built within our chemical and rust resistant stainless steel carry frame this unit uses the Comet Chemically Resistant Pumping unit, capable of flows up to 12 Litres per Minute at a variable pressure of a maximum 6 Bar! Our pumps are made using Viton components offering remarkable resistance to chemicals making them ideal for use in the SoftWashing Industry.
This unit offers the user a compact machine which can easily fit into the footwells of most family cars, remaining lightweight and infinitely portable. Powered by the 3.5HP Loncin G120 Petrol engine which offers the Loncin 2 Year Commercial warranty across all of its Engine products. Loncin are rapidly becoming one of the largest suppliers of engines to the UK for both commercial and domestic use, currently working in partnership with BMW and JCB their network is growing constantly throughout industry.
We supply our compact Carry Frame units with 15m of PVC Chemically resistant hoses. Our stainless steel wash down lances are designed to be versatile and long lived. We have fitted Stainless Steel quick release fittings to the lance outlet allowing the seamless change of jets without having to return to the machine.
We will supply a Turbo Jet for conical distribution, a 15 degree fan, and 45 degree fan Jet with the system.
We recommend the use of a water fed pole which can easily be adapted to work with our systems for applying chemical products as this method offers a greater control and thus increased safety factor for application.
